Your questions, comments, and feedback are always welcome. While we may be in the studio hand-pouring candles, blending fragrance, or carefully preparing orders, we will respond as promptly as possible. Please allow up to 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, for order-related inquiries. For all other messages, we’ll be in touch at our earliest convenience.

As our products are crafted in small batches, refunds or replacements can only be offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered. After an order has shipped, and particularly once a fragrance has been opened, all sales are final.
Please contact us at darkwavecandleco@gmail.com (mailto:darkwavecandleco@gmail.com)within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue (and packaging, if possible), and a short description of the problem.
We’ll review your request with care and, if your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Because each order is prepared in our studio with intention, we may be pouring, blending, or packing when your message comes through, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Please allow up to 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays, for a response.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your package leaves our studio, delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please allow up to one week total from the date your order is placed to the date it arrives.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, we encourage you to email us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request before your package leaves our studio.
Yes, you can absolutely add a gift message. We’re always happy to include one at no additional charge. Simply leave your message in the order notes when you place your order, and we’ll make sure it’s included.
